I don't know the legal implications of what MSFT is doing with the servers. Apparently they are using technology to get access to AOL customers and are asking AOL customers for a password!

MSFT is not paying AOL for access to customers.
That's why we need a deal between AOL&T.
If AOL wants to access T's customers by using broadband (when T has their own ISP)then AOL must pay a fee.

This is why no deal..pricing is the problem.

Customers are the inventory.
