The Phantom at RB, who has a good track record has a strong buy on this stock hoping to see $.45 - $.60 soon. NPEC moved up 42% on Thurs with no hype or at least I did not see any on any of the boards. SOmeone on the know? The volume had been dormant 'till Thurs. Friday decent volume and price held up with lots of buys comming in at the end. We should see a good run up this week imho. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The bashers ought to have fun with this one!!! babe':))
