This makes sense. When Brad was talking about RTP and EPI, he indicated that each region was responsible for placing at least 1 of each tool. There's no reason to believe that a similar strategy isn't in effect for CVD as well.

I also picked up from the call that MTSN is focused on the top 20 chip makers. Much tougher to make the initial sale into production but definitely worthwhile with each success. i.e. I believe that Samsung is the world's largest DRAM maker.

Even with the best tool at the best price, we can't count on all 4 of the evaluation machines leading to production orders, but even if we only get 2, that could lead to another 30 to 40 tools ordered. (... and getting closer to that magic 0.5% market share that we could then round up to 1 rather than down to zero. ;-)

Definitely interesting prospects.
