Savoirman,

I think Sim's roll would best be that of COO. I don't want to diminish the good things he has done for CREAF, but he simply is not the right man to lead a publicly trades company. If this was a private company I would say let Sim stay in charge of everything....but managing a public company is completely different and requires additional skills.

<The trouble is I believe WS is unwilling to see beyond near-term earnings for this company>

I'm not sure about that. I think WS was willing to look out beyond the near term two years ago and that's why we had a low P/E even when earnings were around 2.00. They had their doubts about future growth back then....and the bottom line is that they turned out to be right and many of us (including myself) were wrong. I think right now they are in a "show me" state. The future has lots of questions to be addressed and I'm not sure WS is confident that CREAF can respond to those challenges.

Good luck,

FF
