Simply stated,
ETYS has 101,885 shares outstanding with a share price of 37.125 = $3,774.31 (mil)

ZANY has 20,384 shares outstanding with a share price of 8.656 = $176.44 (mil)

In the long run, I feel ZANY will end up doing circles around ETYS. My money is on ZANY.

ETYS looses more than they sell, is a e-tailer and follows the pattern of I-nuts, and has a neg book value.
ZANY sells for about book, is in a growth phase, and represents a niche in retailing retailing.
I-nut value predicated on low costs and rapid growth with early entrants owning the market. Reality is profitable, niche retailers and cataloguer's (ZANY, ELBO and others) will profit nicely with e-tailing opportunities that will fit with brick and morter operations.
ETYS, AMZN are on the bleeding edge with branding as their only claim to value....time will tell if their brands will present barriers to entry.
