Sure there are 6bn now, not the 5bn I used, but there will always be the very young, very old, totally poor, imprisoned, Amish, and survivalists who will not want any of these gizmoes.

Also, there'll be a population bust [already started in important places like Japan, Germany] so there won't be so many people. The number of people will be only a couple of billion by the end of 2100. Contrary to the population explosion doomsayers' ideas, such as Malthus who thought everything would run out [about 50 years ago].
