Jim, I didn't understand about spaying the bonds and I hoped somebody else would comment. <g> On the rest, he is basically saying that we can expect the Prez and Congress to be overly stimulative because they are stupid and political, but the Fed should counter-balance their recklessness instead of being even more reckless.
