Pricing seems aggressive, even for an Inter-nut, and especially for a firm without an audit trail in place. You appear to be closely linked to the firm's status. Can you elicit any details about firms that might be performing audit checks required for NASD/AMEX listings? Also, Is there a history of success for these auditing firms? What I am looking for is a quality metric on the firm's infrastructure by a well know and respected accounting firm. Lacking that, one would have to speculate on the validity of the reported earnings stream. Good luck to all. Pat
