Jim:

I gave my numbers a long time ago.

The problem in accurately forecasting this quarter is how eBay accounts for the outage.

Was it revenue to begin with, and then a charge? Or was it never revenue since eBay did not charge the credit cards.

I say $44M to $46M, IF one assumes the outage losses were revenues to begin with. If not, around $41M to $43M.

Profits -- I don't think anyone will be paying much attention to this number -- again, how is the outage accounted for -- does eBay show two numbers, one Before "special" charges and another After "special charges.

After charges, I expect around 4 cents a share.
