I am not sure which strategy you are advocating for TSEMF calls, are you talking about buying out of the money calls or selling covered calls?

I have tried the first strategy a couple of times over the past couple of years where TSEMF looks like it will break out an I would speculate on either at the money or out of the money calls. So far I have not timed the TSEMF right using this strategy.

As for the covered call strategy, the premiums I see for out of the money calls are small (less than 10%). If you really think this stock could gap quickly to the teens or twenties would you be happy with being called out at 12.5? On the other hand, if like in the past, the stock pulls back, the premiums could be used to buy more shares.

With this stock its probably best to buy and hold and hold and hold although it can be tough to do as the company redesigns itself.

No expertise at that Creditman. I am happy that Tower is moving and making up for some of my Allliance losses. At these levels DSSI should be moving higher shortly.
