in this PR they explain what they do. i will cut and paste:

Winsong Productions, Inc. offers music fans the ability to create their
own custom CDs from the Hal Neely Music Library which owns over 7,000 Master
Recordings of the Greatest Artists of All Time including such artists as Frank
Sinatra, Duke Ellington, The Beach Boys, Tina Turner, Johnny Cash and many
more. CEO Hal Neely, whose own music credits include "number one" hit songs
from the Big Band Era said, "There has never been anything like this. Music
lovers will be able to visit our Internet site and choose the titles and
artists they want from the collection, interactively creating their own CDs
which Winsong Productions will manufacture and ship." Mr. Neely further
stated, "Winsong Productions is very well positioned to take advantage of this
explosive new music marketplace in part because of our extensive library. Not
only will Winsong manufacture our own CDs, we will also supply, for a fee, our
extensive library content of over 7,000 titles to other companies competing
with us in this business as well."
Custom CDs are already being touted in the retail industry as the new "Hot
Gift" for the upcoming Christmas season. In a recent Wall Street Journal
article, Michael Nathanson, a music industry analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein
estimated that by 2003, Internet sales would represent 10% of all music sales
and that industry operating profits would increase by about 13%, to about
$2.2 billion.

edit/currently companies including Seagram Company (VO); Sony (SNE);
Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN); Barnes and Noble (BAR); CDNow (CDNW); Time Warner
(TWX) are aggressively positioning themselves in this new fast growth Internet
Music Business.
