Hope all is well with you and yours. I have been reading the thread when I have a chance. I agree, it is distressing that the stock has dropped to its current level and the "Quiet Period" has become business as usual. However, I agree with John White. This is a start-up company as well as a BB stock. I got into this knowing full well it could be 3 to 5 years before it matured and went into full swing. I am distressed at the criticism heaped at management as if they are a bunch of "yeah whos" who don't know their derrieres' from the proverbial hole in the ground. When this stock is flying (on nothing, mind you), they're the best thing since white sliced bread. When they don't perform to OUR expectations (and many of us have admitted, we don't know beans about just what it is they do!), well then, they're the south end of a northbound absent the jackwhacker! I have been in this stock since May of 1997 and hold a pretty fair share hold. I have read the posts, read the chat room sagas and listened to all the audio blitz. This is what I've culled from all of this. We're dealing with a start-up company who just might possibly have a very good game plan. Otherwise, they never would have gotten the confidence of Siemens to help this to evolve. Second, in one of their chat sessions, the term collocation was used. Now, what I understand about this is we're setting up satellite stations in strategic parts of the country using existing companies with compatible equipment and capabilities and utilizing FNTN's software & hardware. A necessary part if you intend to go national and handle the volume. Better have it in place before you tout your wares. I'm by far no computer or marketing whiz but this just makes sense. FNTN was able to engage J.T. as their national spokesman. Not exactly your run of the mill CNN Infomercial stock! This guy actually has credibility. (OT - Do you think it is THE Roman Gabriel who signs on during his chats? Now there's a guy who was easy on the eyes!) And lastly, these guys are stockbrokers and, according to many of the thread through personal knowledge or DD, they're pretty good in their field. When they want the spotlight to shine on FNTN, they'll get the price up. Didn't they used to make markets for a living in their past lives? Patience! It will come! Does anybody else see this or did I take one too many tokes at Woodstock.....1969? I will now get off my soap box and retreat to Shangri-La! Ms S. P.S. I like your idea. But, do you think they'll take the time to register? Better make sure you mention registration is free in your trailer posts at other sites. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Another reader writes: Harry, here is my suggestion. I think that the FNTN share holders need to take an active role in getting management to be responsible to the share holders to they should be voted out of this company. Video over the net is huge. There can only be one reason to this piont that fntn is still trading at this low level. FNTN management is not competent to market this product. --------------------------------------------------------------------
