Bull Market on EGRP:

"E*TRADE GROUP (EGRP - $32) said it would offer mutual funds from leading
investment bank GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP (GS - $64), expanding its line-up of mutual
funds to more than 4,600.

COMMENT: According to various sources, E*Trade is catering to a growing number
of extremely wealthy clients and following its plan to increase accounts, it
will be offering more products like Goldman mutual funds. E-Trade has gone much
lower than we anticipated and should be purchased by aggressive accounts. Where
will they be in two years? We say top three, right where they are now, but a
lot bigger and a lot more profitable. Remember, E-Trade was quite profitable
before they decided to spend, spend, spend to produce hyper-growth and add
millions of clients.

btw--good analysis on E*Offering, Srini...
