Maybe you didn't understand. It is copyright infringement to copy and redistribute any copyrighted material for a fee without written consent from the copyright holder. It is considered a fee if you split the price because one person is buying and then distributing to the other people for a fee.

It is illegal to copy videos if it is not for private use by the person who actually purchased the video. This is true for software, music, photographs, MP3s, videos, newsletters, magazines ... anything with the little copyright symbol.

I am not going to stick my head in the sand and say it doesn't happen. People do get away with it. But it would behoove you to not publicly announce that you plan to break the law ;) not to mention that you will make copyright owners unhappy with you.
