This quote is worth reading again I think this rights offering is very confusing and scary. A lot of new age investors might not understand what they're doing. I'm in because I'll lose money getting out. I'm not hopeful. I'm no genius...but when I spend the money on shares I consider it gone. Small biotechs do not come with a warranty. The best science doesn't buy you a risk free investment, that Shaman did so poorly should not surprise...and stamping a dot com on to it and a right's offering?! Seems like a right's offering should be done when the company is not changing course at all, just needs more time. Nice find PB.
