Dave -

Sorry I'm late with the update.

1) IPVoice Agreement
We are close to finishing the agreement with IPVoice. It has taken a
few extra weeks simply because of the size and scope of the agreement.
With 16 cities in the agreement and global sales potential, we have been

very careful with content of the agreements. IPVoice is a terrific
company to deal with and the synergy between the companies is
significant. I would expect a closing date to be set tomorrow for the
following
week.

2) Web Access Cards
We have made tremendous strides with the Web Access Card, one of the
marketing tools in the MetroPlus arsenal. We are starting a test
market in August with a regional convenience and service station chain.
Giant Industries is our participating retailer. They have 200 locations

in Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. We are running a one month
test program for the Web Access Card. MetroPlus is one of the
advertisers in association with IPVoice. We have to test the viability
of a long distance Internet Telephony program as part of the marketing.
There are four other companies signed as advertisers already. By the
way, Giant trades on the NYSE under the symbol GI.

3) Web Site
The MetroPlus web site is under construction. We will be relying
heavily on the automation of the Internet to process new customers.
While
there is online potential, we will be using traditional marketing
channels to drive people online to our Web site. We do want to register

everyone through the Web site.

4) Introducing the "Wired World Assessment"
Our primary sales and marketing tool is the Wired World Assessment. It
is a consumer assessment that tells the consumer how "wired" their
world is. It is based on the notion that the world is now very
complicated. The telecommunications industry is far to vast and
complicated for
most people to comprehend. The actual amount of technology people
choose to have in their life is not that great. The Wired World
Assessment identifies gaps in people's lives where a technology product
can be sold. It covers areas such as telephone, Internet, audio,
visual,
and finance. It will be operated on the Internet. Anyone can access
the assessment. We will regionalize the sales opportunities and
generate
revenue through referral fees with other companies. We have searched
the Internet extensively and have found no one who has a sales tool
such as this.

5) NinjaNets
We are starting a new marketing program using what we call NinjaNets.
They are communication specialists who are armed with a computer,
the Internet and a telephone. They solicit participation in MetroPlus
programs by targeting groups found on the Internet. We will be
segmenting target markets and working with specific groups. We are
going to be utilizing the relationships within the groups to drive
people to
the Wired World Assessment or other marketing we have in place. I can't

say much more than this on the program at this time. It is top secret
and fairly revolutionary.

These are the updates for now.

Mark

Stan check your mail I sent you SI's response....LOL!!!! We have to play by their rules, and that means everyone. So we must now change the name of the party place from &*^%$ A Go-Go to something else. Their seems to be a racial slur in there as per Bob. Again, I won't touch that publicly folks, but it is not over.....Glad to see NP ink a deal, lets hope higher prices are near, and lets hope the Medinah IP's will be done sooner than we think...

See ya at the Dairy Queen A Go - Go....
