Best thing SIII,ALSC and TRID can do with their UMC shares
is issue tracking American ADRs. Maybe distribute them to
you and I.. TSMC 's ADR is trading at 30% premium over their Taiwanese counterpart, expect UMC's ADR to do just as well.

I don't see any reason they can't do this, someone call the
companies.
