Just got back from a week of holidays. Not pleased with the Spears performance to say the least. I was expecting a big drop on Monday of about a $1 which didn't occur hoping for a late week recovery back into the 4's which also didn't occur. Instead we got a slow steady decline. Looks like speculators are leaving but they're not being replaced by investors - at least not yet. I guess we'll have to concentrate on Lottery ticket #2 now for the time being (ELH). I feel the Spear has potential and we should see a buy out now that the grades and tonnage questions have been answered - but the real problem with this puppy is the potential mining rate. Sounds like 3000tpd is maximum. If we could get 8000tpd like Ekati (and I hear they are planning an expansion to 18000tpd)this puppy could still become a Lottery Ticket. But no-one as yet has shown how this could be accomplished. Until that happens - I'm outta here but will be watching to see if she gets too low. By the way, (off topic), HTP is well leveraged but I hear Trimark could have explosive potential. Do you have any info regarding this ? (You can reply on the KOB thread if you like).
