I have been in the navy for 11 years - active - the last 7 of them have been in the Teams.

In my previous posts I was referring to real world - battle field applications. For training simulators I agree, there is an application for this tech. However, for real world, small unit tactics I believe that there are simpler, smaller, devices that sufficiently provide for the need for imaging.

Being on the working end of a network which provides multiple options for the viewer requires a constant signal to be transmitted. That constant transmission would no doubt allow the enemy to DF your position in no time at all. I wouldn't want to be holding your camera in bad guy land.

It was never my intent to get into a "my dad can beat-up your dad" discussion, but I felt that my experience with the military was in question.
