Did you really jet ski around the San Juan Islands? Didn't you know that's against a county ordinance? My only Supreme Court case, and we lost it. Not that I lost it; the industry's lawyer who actually argued it lost it, and I still think if I had been able to have my way with the brief and argument we would have won. But wasn't to be. However, if you ever do get cited for it, come see me; the first challenge was just a facial challenge; I still think I can win an as applied challenge. I didn't see you on your jet ski, so I guess ours wasn't one of the mansions you were buzzing. Actualy, ours isn't a mansion anyhow, just a 2-story 60 year old log house, but it's on a multi-million piece of property, so maybe that sort of counts. Where do you live, anyhow, that you can sail up here on weekends? Seattle? Port Angeles? Olympia?
