OK..so the technology - not the lack of money could be causing the Problems. WHAT WE DO ALL AGREE on is this. Why advertize for more customers when you cannot handle properly the ones you have. Well for market share of course...but for the customer it is a bad deal. Hopefully Datek will smarten up and slow the advertizing binge down... But alas that is impossible - they are more worried about $$ in the bank in the short term, then $$ in the bank 5 yrs from now after everyone leaves. and why do we care if they last or fade away. We will just move to the better borker - that is the beauty of the free market system!! the best last!! ciV
