That is true- it appears that he bought options on 7/23 but I'm not really sure.. he may have sold his shares to pick up the options, but who knows. I really dont think it was the negative play I thought it was when I first made the post. This shows an option buy on 6/2-6/25 at prices of 9.07-18.14.

Agree, these are innocent minimal sales. All investors including insiders have their priorities and lives to live. Also, I would think that there is some degree of coordination involved in the sale of insider stock, so in effect these sales are pre-announced and pre-approved by all insiders.
