surelock, the stockwatch articles paint a very detailed picture of Rene Hamouth, and this picture is very ugly. This is important because, according to the last proxy info we have, Hamouth remains a controlling figure in NCDR. Dunavant may be gone, but this is still Hamouth's company.

This excerpt is one of the more chilling:

<<Mr. Hamouth describes his own awareness of stock manipulation, developed over his 16 years in the business of stock promotion. "Over the said 16 years, (I) acquired an in-depth knowledge of the securities industry and the manner in which stocks and other securities are promoted and traded in the public markets as well as the means by which the price of securities can be manipulated or controlled through various market activities," states the West Vancouver promoter. >>

Who is to say whether he is bringing his experience to bear in the trading of NCDR stock, right now?

Surelock;

Great finds....until CRIM Porcari gets his wish and NCDR somehow gets listed on an exchange where it can be shorted at will....perhaps its time to investigate other related companies...like High-Speed (HSNS) , fka ZZAP, fka EMN Enterprises which is definately involved with NCDR.

Ikon Ventures, written about in the articles, as being controlled by Shafiq N., is being run, in name, by Ian Rice, the former CEO of Asia Media (now called MyWeb.Com Inc. MYWB).

Buyer Beware!
