Good morning. I have not heard of that issue, but will check into it. I do not like reverse splits, and will usually sell if I have an issue that is about to do it......Randy

PMac, actually I have MECS on my DD pad for this week. I did get a call on it, and am going to check it out. It has a huge spread. I believe the bid/ask is something like 2.25 X 3.50...Hold for now. Randy
