Unless you want to bet on a general market downturn taking ORCL down with it(in which case there are much more vulnerable stocks out there), I don't think this is a real good short candidate. ORCL is finally starting to get their act together on apps, the DB business will be very strong and, if LE follows through, their cost structure should improve.
