Hi Ditch,

It isn't a shakeout because it has that sell signal at 10. A shakeout comes in an uptrend which this doesn't qualify plus the RS is in O's.

However, it is holding the BSL (haven't looked at quotes today) and it has a lot of support at 10. 9.5 would be the stop even though it is below the BSL because of the spread triple bottom at 10. The momentum is negative and the DWA RS just reversed to O's which means it isn't performing as well as some in that sector.

You are correct that 13 is a triple and 13.5 is a spread triple top. That is a lot of resistance up there and it would take a big push to get it to 14. I can't say if it will get there in the near future but it has been holding a base and 13 is certainly in the trading range. Baring any sector breakdown, I'd say it is reasonable that 13 to 13.5 would be a good price objective. The longer term price objective count is 19.5.
