the MSOs invested in ATHM, among them TCI, TWX, CMCSK & COX.

Where do you get TWX as an ATHM partner/investor? Cable companies are given to promiscuous inter-investments, so I suppose TWX might somehow have grabbed a small share of ATHM, but it's not at all primary in the way it is for T, Comcast, and Cox.

TWX offers service from, and is one of the four partners that own Road Runner (hence, the name, which comes from a Warner Bros. cartoon character). Other RR partners are MediaOne (which has management control), Microsoft, Compaq, and a private Newhouse company.

<<<I did respond to your post in a response to nghi vu>>>

It was Nghi vu who said, "did not relinquish shares voting but relinquished voting rights" and you thanked him for the support!

<<<Performance requirements with respect to rollout of @Home service were imposed all the MSOs invested in ATHM, among them TCI, TWX, CMCSK, & COX>>>

TWX isn't invested in ATHM. The other major MSO is Cablevision (CVC).

<<<I tried to amend my brief post, but it expired while I was on a phone call>>>

I don't believe that that was what you intended.

<<<Do some research and be less quick on the draw>>>

It is unknown as to what the performance agreements say exactly. Your statement about doing some research reflects that it is you who has not done the research. That information is simply not available to you or I. I realize this is being picky, but it is essential in order to discern what exactly T has up its sleeve. Nghi Vu is correct when he says it is the voting rights that are important.
