No bounces today... there are too many bulls caught here and I think they'll sell any rally to get out..... this will keep the rallies brief and shallow..... I'll remain short stocks and bonds.....

Hi Bill,
If my computer's operating system activity, which has taken on a mind of its own, is an omen, we will be jumping around all over the place. This summer's capital "C" may be changing from Complacency to Contingency.

(Just a thought: Limitations on the transfer of land and other assets are usually an underlying cause of distress in a society and inhibit progress.)
