Dale: July 23rd. A lot has happened since then. Looks like the Free Internet fever is picking up speed. For everyone who says sell, there could be 100 more who say buy.!!--Freeserve has now jumped up to 30 times oversubscribed!!--Anyone know Freeserve's Nasdaq Symbol??? Dale, on the FreeServe website (FreeServe thread) under IPO information they say "Proposed offer price $20.17 to $23.27". I suppose that's US prices. But on the other hand, we see FreeServe shares were being quoted at $2.10 to $2.17 pence on the grey market on Friday. Isn't 100 pence equal to 1 British Pound? And 1 British Pound is equal to US$1.6 approx.? The Financial Times says 150 pence offer price gave the company an overall valuation of 1.5 billion pounds, How many shares are being issued and in their float? One statement says the company's founder and majority shareholder is selling 18.25 percent of freeserve via an offer of 153.04 million shares. Surely they don't have that many shares? What's meant by post offering ADR's (mil):100.7 for FreeServe??
