Really 'scary' GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT from State Office of Emergency Services

This matrix, of course, would pretty much equally apply to any other state.

Now, watch the DUHnialists and pollycrackers on this thread accuse this government agency of being negative doomers trying to panic the population! Watch them challange or try to invalidate their information or conclusions or potential senarios, by counter-posting their usual 'ho-hum, need a bottle of rum for the bore-dom'-----articles of 'smile and be jovial and don't prepare' messages written by their DUHnialists breathern! Or by trying to insult or ridicule the govt's report to death, as they do incessantly with so many other posts here! (which greatly amuse us DoomeRealists!)!

I was just kidding, of course!
They won't do these things! They prefer the anonymous safety of just attacking lone posters thru the ether!

Take on a govt agency? No way, Jose'! They would even, yes EVEN adequately prepare (curse the thought!) before doing something THAT bold!

The Y2K Impacts Matrix explores potential disaster problems within the emergency management community and provides an initial overview of the disasters that could be precipitated by, or exacerbated by, the Y2K computer crisis. . . .
