in short, it looks at high/low repetitive patterns within repeating Moon, Sun, Earth cycles and markets originally discovered for commodity futures, it was found to apply to equities and other traded markets i unfortunately do not possess the same trading/mathematical skill that Wilder possessed when he was 'offered' the method, but am decent at pattern recognition and a few cyclical processes including I Ching will start testing after i re-read the book, and will look at the video later this week ynot ;)
