cgrahm: I use Realtick 111, tick by tick, and am not much of a historical charter, but I do like to glance at the 1yr chart before I buy anystock. I have a old, Wall St Analyst, charting program I use and I get the 1yr data to load into the prg at Miscrosoft Investor which goes directly into my Excel Spreadsheet where I format the data, then load it into my charting prg.
Alt, www.investools.com is a good url to get charts on the Internet.
MSFT trading 89 1/8 on instinet at 8:10 am cst. Just about everything on my screen is Red at pre open.

Short term buy on MSFT in the $82-85 range. The more aggressive may choose to do business at the $85-$87 level.
