From the Clearstation link you cited:

Cosmoz.com's Investment in Ridgewood
Capital Venture Partners -- Medibuy.com, a
Pre-IPO E-Commerce Company Raised its
Valuation from $15 Million to $64 Million.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1999--Cosmoz.com
(OTC BB:CMOZ) today announced that Medibuy.com
(http://www.medibuy.com), the leading business to business healthcare
Internet company that harnesses the power of the online community to link
worldwide sellers of supplies and equipment to healthcare providers has
raised its last March valuation from 15 million to 64 million today.

How many unanswered questions does this raise?

Since Medibuy.com is 'pre-IPO', how is it valued? What percentage of Medibuy.com does CMOZ actually own. A big chunk, or something like '10% of Ridgewood, which owns 10% of Medibuy.com'?

How much better can we assess the value of CMOZ with this information than without it? Not much at all, I'd venture to say.
