Tough Call - Sell because of delay and short term weakness on the one hand. On the other, new powerhouse underwriter could turn around sentiment on IPO prospects when announced maybe 3 weeks from now.

Sept. is only 5 weeks away, it said not BEFORE sept.
At least this confirms my supicion that it was the Union deal that was the cause for the delay & not NAVR

oh Matt :( The stock probably went b/c there was going to BE news and someone assumed good.

I'm still not selling but I lean toward the notion that Everen has not done a good job and has their focus on their own business. There have really been some unlucky events associated w/ this stock.
