Slacker, The total return to shareholders in 1998 was 91%, according to 1998 Annual Report. Revenues in DSP surged 29% in 1998.

DSP is expected to triple in size during the next five years, according to the 1998 Annual Report.

"We're now analyzing high-potential markets such as digital cameras, digital audio, voice over Internet and digital printers,." according to the Annual Report.

AND TXN still makes calculators! "TI is a recognized leader in hand-held educational technology with a particular strength in the graphing calculator market."

We bought the TI 89 recently. One reason we chose the TI calculator over the others on the market was because the graphics screen was better than the competitors!

And TI is a fantastic company! I agree!
