OT - You can get pre-market quotes at Schwab using the "Quick Quote" feature on the bottom of the screen. The return will have a bid and/or ask that is adjusted for the current pre-market activity. It seems to match what CNBC is quoting.

Schwab does not offer LII but keep e-mailing and maybe they'll give it to us someday.
