Pink sheet stocks can only be bought and sold by arrangement. There are, however, some websites where you can see recent trades. The people at the SI and RB NCDR threads found a few. I didn't copy the urls.

Typically, pinks are very cheap, and trade at enormous spreads. The market may, however, become somewhat more liquid in the fairly near future. Over the next months a great many OTCBB companies will be delisted from the OTCBB because they're unable to meet the new NASD reporting requirements. One company--I forget the name--has already announced plans to start a "new exchange" to deal with trading in these issues. The new exchange will, I believe, be called "Niphix".

It seems that there is an attempt to turn the Pink Sheets into something different that what they used to be:

nqb.com

This ought to be interesting.

I would be interested in any and all investors who have been left with UPCA shares. I am currently short. It is possible that we may be able to negotiate a fair price for flattening both of our respective positions. I would negotiate the price through my broker and yours directly.

For what it's worth, my broker's clearing house has a current mark to market price on UPCA of 50 cents.

If you are interested, please send me a PM.
