Hmm, have you noticed that your alias is different on the SI beta site than classic SI?

I believe the Fed declares a stock 'substantially worthless' at some point in time. There is probably some bureaucratic delay involved. I would think that as long as there is a bid you can avoid the taxes. BTW, I see a last price of .001 for BXMNF on 7/6. I get that from both PCQuote and AOL. Of course as long as the stock is trading there is some risk that the shell will be taken over, and the PnDers will have their way with it.
