Clever? Really show me where? "I don't see ASTN "minting" shares. I do see some clever financial engineering being practiced." In fact you clearly don't know ASTN's death spiral history, perhaps you should ask one of your fellow chatsters about it. (always a sign of weak negotiating capabilities)

OR refer to all the insider sell prints I've so kindly posted as they run for the exits as this pig flies off of a cliff leaving no skid marks.
