I have told you that Sanders said, "There is no way on God's earth this technology will not be approved." and I agree. I have now stated our three timeline "guestimates"; 1. Approval early in the Fall (this means FDA does not accept the ODP recommendations), 2. Approval later this year (FDA revises ODP requirements downward)and 3. Approval in 2000 (FDA supports ODP). That is the speculation; I have written extensively on the facts.
