This looks like a posting mistake since both bid and ask are much higher. It's possible, however that mm's are "shaking the tree" before the run up. Remember, PCBM is supposed to be close to finalizing a very large marketing deal.IMHO

Indeed... what the H*** is happening? Bid/ask of .18-.19, & a transaction goes off @.12!! Then bid/ask goes to .185-.20 on a .19 transaction! The gods must be crazy! But at least they're crazy in the right direction! Sportfish
