ENOTS, we are never going to get that buy recommendation from SNDV
until they can reload cheap. So the quicker they can do that, the
better. There is no way they are going to issue a buy unless they
are well set with a good position in the stock.

They're not in business to do other people favors for nothing. You
have to pay the piper if you play, and I don't mind paying the piper
at all because that is the way the Wall Street game is played.
