It's a real shame it had to end on such a sour note.(pun intended)
Some of the bands were great.
All these damn kids care about is sex, drugs, and rock & roll...

Not like MY Generation!...;o)

At least,I hope you got a piece before the pillaging and slaughter went on!
Steve

John, I think the kids at woodstock 1999 had "THe Who's" playbook on how to end a show. -g-

I predict that there will be no Woodstock next year...
It seems like a majority of the music was "hate" music...
to heck with PEACE, just bang the drums and try to scream Motherf*cker as many times as you can....

Sha Na Na...dominated the first Woodstock. That is what it was all about.

Now there was a rock band.

That's why it can never be duplicated.

"a got to love
Generation X and Y...they treat personal property
just like they treat their own faces!"

Well, I wouldn't go as far as blaming an entire generation, but it sure doesn't help as far as a general image goes. Cheeses me off too...that's why I don't bother going to concerts like that anymore because there's always going to be some stupid clowns causing problems. Rather sad.
