Off Topic - maybe -Intertainer - Servers could be CCUR or SEAC but not CLRT.
Using CLRT's STB's. CLRT also has a VOD product but was not in this

FutureTrak Selects Intertainer To Provide Interactive Video and Audio
Services For Set-Top Boxes Scheduled For National Deployment Into
Multi-Housing Unit Market

POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1999--FutureTrak International, Inc. (OTC BB:FTRK) today announced that its wholly-owned
subsidiary, FutureTrak, Inc. (FTI), has selected the products and services of Intertainer, Inc. to provide interactive video and audio services for its upcoming
multi-housing unit (MHU) deployments throughout the United States.

Dr. Ahmad, CEO of FutureTrak International, stated, ''We carefully evaluated all the interactive video products currently available in the market, and determined
that Intertainer offers the widest array of services, the most comprehensive content, and the most interesting user interface. We believe that movies and programming
on-demand, as well as interactive retailing, education and advertising, will delight our customers. We were also impressed with the currency and depth of
Intertainer's programming; the movie programming, in particular, is extensive. Intertainer is backed by some of the leading people in its industry, including Comcast,
Sony, Intel, and NBC. In addition, leadership from Jon Taplin and Richard Baskin gives them a huge edge in securing great content.''

''We are very pleased to have FTI as a major new customer,'' added Jonathan Taplin, co-CEO of Intertainer. ''We think FutureTrak's focus on the MHU industry
provides us a valuable entry into that large and underserved market, and we like the total product package they offer.''

The final terms of the Agreement are pending technical integration with the Celerity Systems, Inc (Nasdaq:CLRT - news) T 6000 Digital Set Top Box, which FTI
intends to use for most of its deployments. FutureTrak International and Celerity Systems recently announced a planned merger, which is expected to become
effective within the next few months.

''We have planned to integrate with Intertainer for some time,'' said Ken Van Meter, President and CEO of Celerity. ''As one of the premier entertainment
on-demand products in the industry, it offers the kinds of services we planned for T 6000, so we anticipate a timely integration. The Intertainer deployment on
DHTML, in addition to Java, will allow us to provide the kinds of advanced services that FTI's MHU customers prefer.''
