e-mail re: Qcharts Our Continuum server farm in Mountain View, CA (mtnview) developed problems during routine maintainence operations over the weekend and could not be restored to provide service by market open today. This outage affects not only QCharts and QFeed, but LiveCharts and the Quote.com web site. Our redundant server farm in Herndon, is now providing service for all our customers. Because of the increased load on this farm you may find our service slower and less repsonsive than usual. You may have trouble getting any service at all. We are aware of this situation, we are working to correct it, and we apologize for this disruption. We fully understand that this is an unacceptable situation for you as a trader, and we will continue to do everything possible to make sure that this does not happen again. What you can do to help: Know that we are aware of the problem and that we are doing everything possible to fix it. Please don't further overload our resources by sending mail or calling us to report the problem. We will update you via email when we have news about this situation.
