''While we are disappointed with our results for the second quarter,
the revenue shortfall was not due to competitive reasons. Certain sales that did not close in the second quarter have closed or
are expected to close during the third quarter. Our fundamentals remain very strong as evidenced by strong growth in our
license revenue and deferred revenues.''

Banchee, the day I see the CEO giving guidance to raise next quarters estimates based on sales that have been moved into next quarter is the day I will believe this stuff...

First newsletter to discover our latest SAM, since picking it two weeks ago. . .:
stockgenie.com

Looks like this is the cause for recent buying surge. Some are trying to do an arb play, by shorting warrants and going long common. . .but that is not working so well as both have risen [joined at the hip] at equal amounts for the past two weeks. . .meaning those that are long both are making big bucks, whereas those playing the arb are merely standing still.

EX:
Short 2 shares at 5 . . . .goes to 6 = loss of 20 percent.
Long 1 share at 15 . . . . goes to 18 = gain of 20 percent.

For the life of me, I cannot understand how some of these arb plays ever make anyone money. . . .seems like they would be better off just putting it in a passbook savings account at 4 percent per year.

Oh well. . . to each his own.

SWRX looks excellent to me the CEO is on the non-free wires saying he 99 estimates will come in "in line." So this is a one quarter blip which will be made up for next quarter.

bear Stearns reiterated a buy this morning and has an 18 dollar target
