My AMZN short position is still in the red - but it's getting less red as I type

Eric, I sold 150 Amzn shares @115(114 13/16 to be exact) this morning and just bot back @110 7/16.

Eric, I have found most bears will discount Meeker, Blodget etc. without reading their case. Thats a little different than arguing about profitability... I can't tell you when Amazon will be profitable but its not like I refuse to obtain information on the bear side, I read all I can and draw my conclusions from there.

BTW I have talked with some pretty notable bears who have commented about Meeker (negatively) in their columns and when I asked about their criticisms of her position it was clear they never read one of her reports.
