First of all, just for the record, I have spoke to Dick appr. 15-16 times in the last two months, and he is very open with me...meaning honest answers to all questions. Here we go: 1. The "license"... Don't worry about this! The shows are on schedule. They need to file for the "transfer" of the license from one station to the next, but as far as actually obtaining a license...THEY HAVE IT!! Transferring the license is based on the releases last week in regards to JB Broadcasting. 2. Triangle Broadcasting has NO DEBT!! Triangle has paid everything out right and owes absolutely NOTHING to anyone! 3. Sponsors... The sponsors for the Auctions will be different from the sponsors from the Bingo. The only exception, would be the coffee shop that has not been named yet...will be the sponsor of the Auctions, Bingo, and the radio programs. Also, in regards to a NATIONAL FAST FOOD CHAIN being a one of the sponsors for BINGO...that is VERIFIED!! However, at the same time, Triangle may have a copule more lined up...still in talks. In regards to the GROCERY CHAIN for BINGO...YES!! VERIFIED that it is a NATIONAL CHAIN!! Remember said Dick, VP for Triangle, a NATIONAL CHAIN, can be called different names in different states, because of ownership. DICK stated examples such as FRED MYERS, SAFEWAY, VAUGHN'S...I think Vaughn's is Safeway, I am not sure because I live in Florida. I did see that SAFEWAY will have over 1,600 stores in 19 states. Anyway, I like those names. 4. GFN.COM (Gay Financial Network)... Jeffrey Newman, CEO, gfn.com, will be on Melinda's radio station this week for the entire hour. This will be tommorrw at 2:00-3:00 PST with Melinda. Also, there should be a story released maybe this week or next by gfn.com ABOUT Triangle Broadcasting Company...VERY NICE!! 5. Rights to Auctions and Bingo Television... Triangle Broadcasting is the only company with the rights to these two shows! They registered the idea with Writer's Guild and have the exclusive rights FOR FIVE YEARS!! 6. National Entertainment Publication... THIS IS A MAJOR NATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT PUBLICATION, we have ALL HEARD of this publication according to Dick! 7. The 10-15 video of the Open House... There will be a 10-15 video clip of the Open House on Triangle's website probably tommorrow evening! 8. Host or hostess... At the Open House, the host or hostess WAS THERE that will be one of the BINGOTELEVISION hosts. These celebrity was present, but was not announced to the invitees. Also, the host and hostess for Auctions will be different from the BINGO host and hostess. 9. NOW...about the MERGER or PARTNERSHIP... Dick did VERIFY...let me repeat DID VERIFY that Triangle Broadcasting Company did speak to the OTHER COMPANY for TWO HOURS after the OPEN HOUSE FRIDAY NIGHT! Dick stated talks are going VERY WELL, COULD NOT BE BETTER, and that EVERYONE GETS ALONG IN BOTH PARTIES and he could not forsee ANY THING that would NOT enable these TWO COMPANIES TO CONSOLIDATE...IT IS A VERY NICE OFFER, and an announcement would be out SOON!!
