ABLC Stock Split Effective 7/26, Symbol Change Effective 7/27
ABLC effected a 5-1 Stock split on the OTCBB at the open of business 7/26/99. Although a symbol change did not occur, trading as of 7/26/99 is on a post-split basis. Name/symbol change will be effective on 7/27/99 from ABLC to ABLD

So its up today on the pre-split basis.
