Wondering if you guys can help me out here. I read Mr. Gates speech in indiana recently and he mentioned a company called Pan America. I am invested in a small company called Panamerica bancorp who has a Mr. Larry Roof as a consultant. Mr Roof was invited to speak at your convention a month or so ago and did.

We, as investors of PABN were excited at this opportunity.

Below is an segment of Mr. Gates speech:
****************************
QUESTION: Well, since you're the most powerful man on the face of the Earth --

(Laughter.)

QUESTION: -- I was wondering if we're going to have pay roaming charges when we get onto Teledesic?

MR. GATES: Okay. Well, Teledesic hasn't launched a single satellite yet. They'll be excited somebody wants to know their pricing structure at this stage. They'll be very low cost for rural users. For people who are in the city, you'll want to connect up with fiber, because the satellite, when it goes over a city, it can't serve everyone in that city area. And Teledesic is not designed for voice communications. It's incredible overkill if all you want to do is voice. There are people who are actually about to go operational, people like Inmarsat, Iridium and PanAmerican with voice satellite systems where you can talk anywhere on the globe. This system is for video, you know, it's basically the Internet in the sky. And, I don't think they'll charge roaming charges. But, then again, they'll have to charge something.
*****************************
My question is: Is MSFT working with another PAnAmerican or is this us? Since your stock is trading $88.69 more than ours (.06) you can see where this might be a little encouraging for us.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Joey

SFD, T2000, others: What is your view on a short term technical basis?

I have seen MSFT lead nasdaq volume for several sessions during the last 5 days after earnings and pretty much every day except one was
sharp downs. The 10day chart shows straight line decline.

SFD, you have insight to big money.

Are the institutions/funds selling? Is Megellan selling?
Who is selling in such large volumes is what I need to know.

I need to decided when to get back in. But I don't see a flattening
point yet. We are only 2 points away from the 75 - 85 range. The
speed with which it is declining tells me we could get closer to
the 75 range, before the bleeding stops and charts reverse.

need your opinion.
